Adjuvant Function of Iscoms and its Application in Veterinary Vaccines

本文介绍一种新型佐剂免疫刺激复合物(Iscoms)的组成,及其在抗原的摄取、细胞因子分泌、T细胞和B细胞反应等三个方面对免疫反应的调节。同时对Iscoms在兽用疫苗上的应用也作了相应的概述。

The formulation of the immunostimulating complexes (Iscoms) is introduced. The Iscoms may act as an adjuvant through stimulating the ingestion of antigens by antigen presenting cells, the production of cytokines, and the responses of T and B cells to antigens. Application of Iscoms in veterinary vaccine research are also presented.;
