摘要
目的 研究人龋病牙髓中vonWillebrand因子阳性血管在龋病自然进程中的变化特点 ,为探讨牙髓局部微循环系统如何参与牙髓的各种病理改变提供理论基础。方法 用免疫组织化学染色的方法标记牙髓中血管内皮并进行定量研究。结果 正常及龋病牙髓中均存在阳性血管 ,随龋病进展 ,管壁增厚 ,管腔扩大 ,数目增多 ,各组间比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血管内皮细胞通过分泌Ⅷ因子相关抗原 ,参与调节牙髓免疫应答和修复过程。
Objective It is to study the changes of von Willebrand factor positive (vWF +) blood vessel in human dental pulp of carious teeth during natural course, and provide theoretical basis for research of local microcirculation system in dental pulp pathological changes. Methods The vWF + blood vessel was immunohistochemically examined. The number of positively stained blood vessel was counted and statistically analyzed. Results vWF + blood vessel was found in normal and carious teeth. With the progress of carious teeth, vessel wall was incrassated, the vessel lumina expanded, the number of vWF + vessel increased, and there were significant differences ( P <0.05). Conclusion The blood vessel endothelial cells secrete vWF for local immune response and inflammation of dental pulp.
