桃红四物汤加味方治疗难治性肾病综合征的研究

Study of modified Taohong Siwu decoction on refractory nephritic syndrome

目的 探讨桃红四物汤加味方 (MTSD)治疗难治性肾病综合征 (RNS)的疗效。方法 86例RNS患者随机分为 2组。治疗组在西医治疗同时配合以桃红四物汤为基本方的中医辨证加减治疗 ;对照组单纯西医治疗 ,观察比较二组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组总缓解率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;复发率显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组较对照组药物不良反应发生率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在西医治疗同时配合MTSD是治疗RNS的一种有效方法。

Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction (MTSD) on refractory nephritic syndrome (RNS). Methods Eighty six patients with RNS were divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with western medicine and MTSD according to differentiation of symptoms and signs, MTSD were added or reduced some Chinese herbs. The control group were treated with western medicine. The clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results In the treatment group, the total relieving rate was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0 05); the relapse rate was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.01); the untoward reaction rate was significantly lower than that in control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of MTSD and western medicine is effective on RNS.
