降压胶囊治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压24例临床研究

Clinical Study on Jiangya Capsules for Treatment of 24 Cases of Senile Simple Systolic Hypertention

目的:探讨降压胶囊治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压(EISH)的疗效及作用机理。方法:随机双盲对照法设治疗组24例与对照组23例,治疗组服用降压胶囊及尼莫地平胶囊模拟药,对照组服用尼莫地平胶囊及降压胶囊模拟药。结果:治疗组降压疗效总有效率75.00％,对照组总有效率73.91％,治疗组总有效率稍高于对照组(P>0.05);两组治疗4周及8周后均能明显改善收缩期血压值(P<0.01)。治疗组中医证候的总有效率为91.67％,优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组提高EISH患者血清一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活力、降低丙二醛(MDA)血清水平的作用优于对照组(P<0.05),降低血浆神经Y肽(NPY)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度的作用较对照组更为显著(P<0.01)。结论:降压胶囊对EISH有较好的疗效且无明显毒副作用,调节患者血清NOS、MDA水平及血浆NPY、Hcy浓度可能是其作用机理的一些方面。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Jiangya Capsules on senile simple systolic hypertention and its mechanisms. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 24) and control group (n = 23). Treatment group was treated by Jiangya Capsules and mimetic drug of Nimodipine capsules, and control group was given Nimodipine capsules and the mimetic drug of Jiangya Capsules. Results: The total effective rate for decreasing blood pressure was 75. 00% in treatment group and 73. 91% in control group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). The systolic pressure was improved in two groups after treatment of 4 and 8 weeks (P <0. 01). Total effective rate for TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 91. 66%, better than that in control group (P< 0. 05). The increase of serum nitric oxide synthase (NOS), and the decrease of malondialdehyde (MDA), plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and homocysteine (Hcy) in treatment group were better than in control group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion: Jiangyan Capsules has a better therapeutic effect on senile simple systolic hyertention with no obvious toxic-side effects. Regulation of serum NOS activity and MDA level, and plasma NPY and Hcy contents are possiply some aspects of the mechanisms.
