Setting Up a Nursing Care Education System with Chinese Characteristics

护理实践的专科化是现阶段护理发展的必然趋势。我国护理教育要适应这种趋势,应建立正规教育与在职教育两种方式,分为初级、中级、专科、本科、研究生五个层次的适合我国国情的护理教育体系。

In the development of nursing care at present, the nursing care practice shows a necessary tendency toward specialization. Nursing care education in our country should be suited for the needs of this situation accordingly. A nursing care education system in our country therefore should be set up in- cluding both regular and in-service education of five levels: the primary, the middle, three-year higher education, regular college undergraduate and postgraduate.
