摘要
目的:了解新入学护理专业学生专业思想状况及其影响因素,帮助学生建立正确而稳定的专业思想。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对245名护理专业学生开展问卷调查。结果:65.5%的学生选择护理专业是因为护理专业就业前景好,反映了学生为就业而选择护理专业;84.1%学生对护理专业一般了解。结论:有必要建立有效的培养方案,对学生做进一步的启发和引导,逐步培养学生对护理专业的情感,从而建立正确而稳固的专业思想。
objective To understand the new entrance to nursing students' mindset and its influencing factors,and help students to establish correct and stable professional mindset. Methods: 245 nursing students answered a self-made questionnaire. Results: 65. 5% of the students chose nursing for a better employment prospects; 84. 1% of nursing students had acceptable understanding of the profession. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish an effective training scheme to inspire students,ignite their passion for nursing,and establish stable professional state of mind.
