摘要
目的:分析并预测高校临床教师工作满意度现状及其影响因素。方法:基于双因素理论进行多元线性逐步回归,分析影响临床教师工作满意度的激励和保健因素。结果:临床教师总体满意率为43.9%;影响因素中工作本身归于激励属性,工作保障、工作条件和政策制度属于保健属性。结论:高校临床教师工作满意度总体水平不高。
Objective: To analyze the situation on working-Satisfaction of Clinical Teachers and to forecast the predictive factors of working-Satisfaction. Methods: Based on Motivation-Hygiene Theory of Hertzberg,motivation factors and hygiene factors were analyzed by multiple linear stepwise regression analysis. Results: 43. 9% of them are satisfied in general. Among 4 predictive factors,work-itself belongs to motivation factor,working-security,working-condition and policies belong to hygiene factors. Conclusion: The overall working-Satisfaction is still at a low level.
