北医系统皮肤科住院医师规范化培训相关内容的调研

Questionnaire survey of standardized training of residents in the skin department of Health Science Center at Peking University

通过自制问卷的方法,对北医系统部分皮肤科住院医师进行相关内容的调研。总结、分析结果表明北医系统皮肤科住院医师规范化培训目前取得一定成果,但在临床授课、培训模式、考核等方面还存在一些问题。应加强对住院医师临床技能及理论基础的培训,探索更完善的住院医师规范化培训模式。

One self-designed questionnaire was designed,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed. The program of standardized resident training in Health Science Center at Peking University had drawn greater attention,however,there still were many problems.We should explore better training model of resident training.
