摘要
目的:提高口腔专业本科生实习前正畸临床接诊能力。方法:创设临床工作场景,采用"医患角色"互换模拟练习,教学前后分别测试,课后问卷调查。结果:课堂上学生反应活跃,课后测试成绩明显提高,医患交流沟通能力增强。结论:情境模拟教学是提高实习前学生临床技能的一种有效方式。
Objective:To improve the undergraduates’ clinical skills. Methods: a clinical doctor-patient scenario was used in the teaching. Surveys were conducted before and after the teaching. Results:Students reacted positively to the simulation. Their skills were improved. Conclusion:Scenario-based teaching can be an effective method for improving clinical skills.
