摘要 目的:了解农村订单定向医学生自我督促学习状况并探讨影响因素。方法:采取整群抽样方法抽取某高等医学院校的399名2010级-2012级在读订单定向医学生为调查对象,采用自填式问卷进行现场调查。结果:被调查的订单定向医学生中,不能主动督促自己努力学习的比例占38.85%,从事全科医生职业、为胜任医生工作做准备等影响因素为χ~2检验和Logistic回归分析共同筛选结果。结论:农村订单定向医学生自我督促学习现状不佳,需予以重视及改善。 Objective: To find out the status quo of self-supervised learning of medical students with employment contracts from rural employers and the factors influencing their study. Methods: 399 students enrolled in year 2010-2012 were selected through a clustered sampling took part in a survey. Results: 38. 85% of participants couldn't motivate themselves to study hard. Common filtering results of 2 test and logistic regression analysis influencing factors are career in general practitioners,to prepare for work doctor and so on. Conclusion: The situation of self-supervision of medical students with employment contracts from rural employers isn't optimistic and needs to be improved.
