社会资源参与医学生素质教育的途径探索和效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以校友兼职班主任计划为例,探索社会资源参与医学生素质教育的有效途径和效果评估。结果显示,该实践模式能够开阔学生视野,激发学生主动思考,了解社会,明确目标,更加合理地规划大学生活,并通过校友的奋斗经历传递正能量。但仍需在活动内容、活动形式和质量控制等方面进行改进和完善。 Based on a program where alumni worked as part-time head teachers,this study aimed to explore the effective ways in which social resources get involved in quality education of medical students and evaluate the effectiveness. The findings show that the practice model plays a significant role in broadening students' horizon,inspiring them to think actively,providing approaches to let them know the society better,motivating them to set clear learning goals,helping them make reasonable plans for their college lives and passing on positive energy by the encouraging experience of alumni. However,the contents and forms of activities,and the measures of quality control should be further improved and adjusted.
