大学生认知情绪调节方式的调查及与抑郁的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究大学生使用认知情绪调节方式的情况及与抑郁情绪的关系。方法:对145名大学生进行CERQ、ASLEC、SDS问卷调查。结果使用SPSS 16.0进行分析。结果:男生在"灾难化"、"责难他人"条目上的评分较女生更高。抑郁情绪与责难自己、灾难化、责难他人呈正相关,与接受、重新关注计划呈负相关。结论:积极的应对方式与抑郁负相关,而消极的应对方式与抑郁正相关。对学生进行心理干预时应鼓励他们使用积极的认知情绪调节方式。 Objective: this study aims at finding out students' usage of Cognitive Emotion Regulation and its relation with depression. Method: 145 sophomore students answered the CERQ,ASLEC,and SDS questionnaires. All the data were analyzed with SPSS16. 0.Results: The male students got higher scores on catastrophizing and blaming other people than female students. Depression was positively related to self-blame,catastrophizing,and blaming others,but negatively related to acceptance and refocus on planning. Conclusion: Positive coping styles are negatively related to depression,and may play roles in preventing depression,while negative coping styles are positively related to depression. The students should be encouraged to apply positive coping styles in psychological intervention.
