摘要
应用Broome-Tumey教学提问模式针对轮转放射科的规范化培训住院医师的不同专业背景,设计不同的考核内容,对其进行分层培训,并对培训成果进行出科考核。探索放射科住院医师规范化培训的教学和考核方法,使其更加科学合理化。
This study used Broome-Tumey teaching questioning method on the standardized training in radiology department for rotating residents from different specialties. Tailored test materials,stratified training,and a final exam was used. This study also explored a scientific approach of teaching and assessment for the standardized training for residents in the department of radiology medicine.
