八年制医学生住院医师阶段对在校医学教育质量的评价

Evaluation of the quality of medical education at the residency stage ofeight-academic year medical students

参考"全球医学教育最基本要求"标准,通过问卷调查方式对八年制医学生住院医师阶段对在校的医学教育质量进行评价。结果显示住院医师对医学教学质量的总体评价较好,在职业价值、态度、行为和伦理以及沟通技能、临床技能的评价较好,在批判性思维和研究、医学科学基础知识和信息管理方面的评价一般,在群体健康和卫生系统方面的评价最差,这可能需要通过课程改革和毕业后教育加以完善。

Referring to the'global minimum essential requirements in medical education'standard,we evaluated the quality of medical education in eight-academic year medical students at the residency stage through questionnaires.The results show that residents in the overall evaluation of the quality of medical education is good,especially in the occupation value,attitude,behavior and ethics and communication skills and clinical skills.Evaluation on critical thinking and research,medical science knowledge and information management is general.In the evaluation of population health and health systems is the worst,it needs to be perfected through the curriculum reform and education after graduation.
