摘要
由于小儿外科专业和病人的特殊性,临床模拟教学尤为需要。但由于起步时间和医疗环境的不同,国内外小儿外科模拟教学的发展现状存在一定差异,各有优缺点。通过介绍并比较国内外小儿外科模拟教学的主要内容和发展现状,参照国外相对成熟的发展模式,结合国内的国情以及发展条件,展望国内小儿外科模拟教学的下一步发展。
Clinical simulation teaching is especially needed because of the specialty of pediatric surgery.However,due to different starting time and medical environment,there are some differences in the present status of pediatric surgical simulation teaching between China and overseas.Through the introduction and comparison,we can make reference to the relatively mature development mode of foreign countries,on the basis of domestic conditions,to look forward to the next step in the development of the simulation-based education in pediatric surgery in China.
