摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础学习法(PBL)在电子病历(EMR)及手写病历(HMR)模式下对神经科临床思维的教学效果。方法:将93名神经内科实习生随机分为PBL电子病历(PBL-EMR,32人)和手写病历组(PBL-HMR,30人),与床边教学手写病历组(BBL-HMR,31人)对照,分别采用PBL或BBL法带教并比较教学效果。结果:实验后,PBL-EMR和PBL-HMR组实习医生的临床思维(P<0.05)、理论(P<0.01)和总成绩(P<0.01),口试成绩(P <0.05)均明显高于BBL-HMR组;但PBL-EMR和PBL-HMR组间各指标均无明显差异。结论:PBL在EMR和HMR模式下对临床思维的教学效果类似;且优于HMR模式下BBL教学。
Objective:To explore the teaching effect of problem-based learning(PBL)on clinical thinking in neurology under the mode of electronic medical record(EMR)and handwritten medical record(HMR).Methods:93 interns in neurology department were randomly divided into PBL electronic medical record(PBL-EMR,32 persons)and handwritten medical record group(PBL-HMR,30 persons).Compared with the handwritten medical record group(BBL-HMR,31 persons),they were taught by PBL or BBL respectively and the teaching effect was compared.Result:After the experiment,the clinical thinking,theory and total score of interns in PBL-EMR group and PBL-HMR group were significantly higher than those in BBL-HMR group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in each index between PBL-EMR group and PBL-HMR group.Conclusion:PBL has similar teaching effect on clinical thinking under EMR and HMR mode,and is better than BBL under HMR mode.
