以专业综合改革为契机,对护理学专业进行了全方位探索与规划,建立了'培养方向满足行业需求、能力素质胜任岗位需求'的人才培养理念,并围绕该理念进行了培养方案、课程体系、教学及考试方法等重要环节的综合改革,大大提升了学生的培养质量和护理学本科专业的整体水平。

In order to explore and plan the nursing profession in an all-round way,a systematic research and field investigation combined with the school orientation was conducted.The concept of talent cultivation that the training direction is consistent with the clinical needs and the ability matches with job requirements was established.Around the concept,comprehensive reforms such as training programs,curriculum systems,teaching and examination methods were carried out.It has greatly improved the cultivation quality and the overall level of nursing undergraduate majors.
