'协同创新'校企合作人才培养模式为高校合作办学和提高人才培养质量指出了新的方向。在全面调研我国校企合作卫生信息化人才培养现状基础上,分析校企合作卫生信息化人才培养的不足之处,从校企协同创新的角度分专业定位、培养过程、师资培养、就业服务四个维度对校企合作卫生信息化人才培养提出发展思路,为协同创新校企合作卫生信息化人才培养提供借鉴与参考。
