摘要
目的:探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)留学生口腔外科教学临床能力的评估。方法:用Mini-CEX表对留学生临床能力评估。结果:共完成90人,平均评估时间(25.45±2.56)分钟,实习末期留学生各个部分合格率和优秀率均较培训初期提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Mini-CEX对于提高在留学生学习口腔外科学是一种简单,有效的临床评估和教学手段。
To explore the evaluation of clinical competence of oral surgery teaching for foreign students in Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX).Methods:Mini-CEX was used to evaluate the clinical competence of foreign students.Results:A total of 90 students participated,with an average assessment time of 25.45+2.56 minutes.The qualified rate and excellent rate of each part of the students at the end of internship were higher than those at the beginning of training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Mini-CEX is a simple and effective clinical evaluation and teaching method to improve the learning of oral surgery for foreign students.
