摘要
采用一般健康问卷、正性负性情绪量表、文化适应压力量表及文化融入策略量表等对山东省某大学163名在华医学留学生进行测评。结果发现来华医学留学生正性情绪、社会功能、主观幸福感均好于中国学生,但其幸福感较过去下降、焦虑高。留学生采取最多的文化适应策略是隔离型,而最有利于心理健康的是融入型。据此提出一系列融入式、共建式教育对策。
163 overseas medical students studying from a university in Shandong Province of China were evaluated with the GHQ,PNAS,LSLSQ,and SAS.The results showed that the positive emotions,social function and subjective well-being of overseasmedical students in China were better than those of Chinese students,but their happiness was lower than in the past and their anxiety was high.The most common cultural adaptation strategies adopted by international students are isolated,while the most beneficial to mental health is integration.Based on this,a series of integrated and co-constructed educational countermeasures were proposed.
