临床路径教学法在神经内科临床教学中的效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨临床路径(Clinical pathway,CP)在神经内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将40名临床医学本科生随机分成实验组和对照组,分别采用CP教学和传统教学。实习结束后进行考核,同时对带教的满意度进行问卷调查。结果:实验组各项成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);且其对带教的满意度优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:CP教学有利于提高临床教学效果及带教满意度。 Objective:To explore the clinical application of clinical pathway(CP)in the clinical teaching of neurology.Methods:40 clinical medical undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups,using CP teaching method and traditional teaching method.After the internship,the assessments were conducted,and the degree of satisfaction of teaching was investigated.Results:The performance of CP teaching method group was better than that of traditional teaching method group(P<0.05);and its degree of satisfaction of teaching was better than that of traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CP teaching method can improve clinical teaching effects and satisfaction degrees of teaching.
