摘要
目的:评价临床路径在住院医师规范化培训内分泌教学中的效果。方法:将38名住院医师随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用传统临床带教模式,试验组采用临床路径带教模式。比较两组培训效果。结果:试验组医师的理论知识、技能操作考核成绩及满意度与对照组医师相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径带教模式能加强住院医师对专业知识和专业技能的掌握,有效改善培训效果。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of clinical pathway in the endocrine teaching of standardized training of residents.Methods:38 residents were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The traditional clinical teaching mode was used in the control group and the clinical pathway teaching mode was used in the experimental group.The training effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in theoretical knowledge,skill and operation assessment scores and satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical pathway teaching mode can enhance the residents’mastery of professional knowledge and skills,and effectively improve the training effect.
