摘要
目的:探讨PBL联合EBM在乳腺科临床实践教学中的应用效果评价。方法:选取乳腺科64名护生为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和实验组。实习结束后评价两组护生理论考试、实践考试成绩、教学效果评价以及循证医学认知情况。结果:实验组护生的理论考试、实践技能成绩、教学效果评价得分、循证医学认知得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:PBL联合EBM能够提高护生的自主学习能力和对知识的理解能力,同时也可以提高护生的临床实践能力,增强护生的解决问题能力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with EBM in clinical practice teaching of mammary gland department.Methods 64 nursing students in mammary gland department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.At the end of the internship,the scores of theory examination,practice examination,teaching effect evaluation and evidence-based medicine cognition of the two groups were evaluated.Results The scores of theoretical examination,practical skills,teaching effect evaluation and evidence-based medicine cognition of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion PBL combined with EBM can improve the self-learning ability and understanding ability of nursing students,as well as the clinical practice ability and problem solving ability of nursing students.
