摘要
目的:了解卫生事业管理专业本科生对开设实践课程的态度与认识。方法:采取问卷调查法,对哈尔滨医科大学2014、2015、2016级卫生事业管理专业本科生进行调查,并进行统计描述分析。结果:91.3%的本科生认为有必要开设实践课程;大多数学生认为实践课与理论课同等重要,且应该从大二或大三阶段开始开设实践课;83.5%的学生选择到卫生事业相关机构参加工作实践学习。结论:开展实践教学是卫生事业管理人才培养的重要环节,对培养高素质综合型人才具有重要作用。
Objective:To learn about the attitude and understanding of the undergraduates majoring in health management in setting up practical courses.Methods:The questionnaire survey was done in 2014,2015 and 2016 grade in Harbin Medical University.And a statistical description analysis was carried out.Results:91.3%of the students think it is necessity to establish practical courses.Most students think that the practice course is as important as the theory class and it should start the practice course from sophomore or junior.83.5%of the students chose to take part in the relevant institutions of health management for practicing.Conclusion:Launching practical teaching is an important link in the training of health management talents and it plays a key role in cultivating high quality and comprehensive talents.
