摘要
志愿服务是医学院校实践育人的重要手段。然而,在志愿服务开展过程中上存在志愿者的价值观培养不受重视、志愿服务的专业化程度较低、志愿服务组织的管理制度不规范问题,使医学生志愿者的主体性尚未充分发挥。通过探讨医学生志愿服务所存在的困境,考察如何实现提升医学生志愿者的主体性,以更好地实现志愿服务的育人功能。
Volunteer service is an important means of education in medical colleges and universities.However,in the process of volunteer service development,the volunteers’value training is not valued,the degree of specialization of volunteer service is low,and the management system of volunteer service organizations is not standardized,so that the subjectivity of medical student volunteers has not been fully exerted.By discussing the predicament of medical students’volunteer service,we will explore how to improve the subjectivity of medical students’volunteers so as to give full play to the educational function of volunteer service.
