摘要
目的:探讨混合式教学模式(HTM)在病理学临床教学中的作用。方法:选取齐齐哈尔医学院64名护理学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组(各32人),对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组采用HTM,并比较两组学生对教学效果满意度。结果:实验组理论考核成绩得分[(48.5875±9.1154)分]优于对照组[(44.2063±7.3769)分](P<0.05),实验组实验考核成绩得分[(28.1938±2.5250)分]优于对照组[(25.4500±3.4738)分](P<0.05),实验组学生在教学效果各方面满意度较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:HTM明显提高学生理论考核成绩、实验考核成绩,学生满意度较高,值得在病理学学临床教学中应用。
Objective:To explore the effects on blended learning in clinical teaching of pathology.Method:64 cases nursing professional training students of Qiqihar Medical University(QMU)were chosen,divided into experiment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.Control group used traditional teaching mode while experiment group used HTM.Through the survey method,we can understand the satisfaction of the two groups of students on the teaching methods.Result:The theoretical examination scores in experiment group(48.5875±9.1154)was higher than that in control group(44.2063±7.3769)(P<0.05).The experimental assessment in experiment group(28.1938±2.5250)was higher than that in control group(25.4500±3.4738)(P<0.05).In anonymous satisfaction survey,the experiment group was more satisfied than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blended learning significantly improves students’theoretical assessment scores and experimental assessment scores,and high student satisfaction,which is worth popularizing in clinical teaching of pathology.
