2,2′-联吡啶-1,1′-二氧化物与铜(Ⅱ)的气敏配合物合成及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 以无水CuCl2 和 2 ,2′ 联吡啶 1,1′ 二氧化物为原料 ,在DMF溶剂中合成了一种气敏配合物[Cu5(bipyO2 ) 6Cl8]Cl2 ,并经元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱和摩尔电导率表征 .对该配合物的气敏特性研究表明 ,该配合物对氨气有一定的敏感性和选择性 .工作电压为 3V时 ,在浓度为 0 0 5~ 0 4 0mmol·L-1范围 ,传感器的输出电压产生突跃性变化 ,从 6 6mV增加到 175 6mV .当工作电压为 2V时 ,输出电压随氨气浓度增大产生两次突跃 :第 1次突跃范围是 0 10~ 0 4 0mmol·L-1,突跃值约为 4 5 0mV ;第 2次突跃范围是 0 4 0~ 0 6 0mmol·L-1,突跃值约为 96 0mV .用其制作的传感器在涉氨化工生产的自动控制和氨气泄漏报警方面有一定的应用前景 . A gas sensitive complex was synthesized by reaction of 2,2′-bipyridine-1,1′-dioxide with CuCl 2 in dimethylfor-mamide. The elemental analysis, IR, UV and molar conductivity indicated the composition of the complex as[Cu 5(bipy O 2) 6Cl 8]Cl 2.The sensitivity properties study indicated that the complex showed good sensitivity and selectivity to ammonia.When working voltage was 3V, the output voltage of the sensor manufactured by the complex increased suddenly from 66 to 1756 mV with the increase of ammonia conentration in the range of 0.05—0.40mmol·L -1 . When working voltage was 2V,the output voltage of the sensor showed two sudden increase in the ammonia conentration range of 0.10—0.40mmol·L -1 and 0.40—0.60 mmol· L -1 .The increment was 450 and 960mV.The sensor could be used in ammonia leak-alarm and in production processes to control NH 3.
