地方高校服务创新型城市建设的角色及策略研究——以江苏常州为例

Research on the Roles and Strategies of Local Colleges and Universities in the Construction of Innovation-oriented Cities——Taking Changzhou as an Example

驻常高校集聚了常州市大量的知识资源、智力资源、管理资源和技术资源,理应在常州创新型城市建设中发挥更加重要的作用。驻常高校要在创新平台建设、创新人才培养、创新团队建设等方面加强与常州市的合作。常州市要在创新体制、创新政策、创新信息、创新途径等方面创造更加优越的条件,促进驻常高校深度融入常州创新型城市建设之中。

Local colleges gather a lot of knowledge resources,intellectual resources,management resources and technical resources in Changzhou,which should play more important role in the construction of innovation-orien-ted cities.Local colleges should strengthen cooperation with the government in innovation platform,innovative per-sonnel training and innovative team building.The government should create more favorable conditions in terms of in-novation system,innovation policy,innovation information,innovative approaches,in order to promote the con-struction of innovation-oriented city.
