基于人力资本形成视角分析聋人高等职业教育

Analyzing Higher Vocational Education of the Deaf Based on the Perspective of Human Capital Formation

人力资本水平的提高有推动经济社会发展的功能,其形成受多种因素的影响。本文从供给和需求即微观个体教育投资决策和中观经济载体两方面探讨聋生人力资本的形成,分析在这个过程中聋人高等职业教育所发挥的作用以及如何促进聋生潜在人力资本转化为实际生产能力,并对我国聋人高等职业教育提出些许建议。

The improvement of human capital has the function of promoting economic and social development, and its formation is influenced by many factors.The article explores the formation of the deaf students’human cap-ital from the supply and demand,namely,microcosmic individual education investment decisions and medium eco-nomic carrier,analyzes the role of higher vocational education of the deaf in this process and how to promote the transformation of the deaf students’potential human capital in order to make it a real productivity,finally puts for-ward some suggestions for the higher vocational education of the deaf in China.
