摘要
本论文介绍了啤酒发酵工艺过程,并针时发酵过程具有大惯性、时滞和非线性等特点.本文采用IPC-PLC DCS即工业控制计算机与可编程序控制器分布计算机控制系统,提出一种基于神经网络的模糊PID控制算法,实现了整个发酵工艺按预定的温度曲线进行,提高了啤酒的质量。
The thesis mainly introduces the process of beer' s fermentation. According to characteristics of inertia ,time lag and nonlinear in beer' s fermentation process, it adopts IPC - PLC distributed control system and mainly improves a fuzzy controlling self-adaptive PID controlling arithmetic,which based on Bp neural networks. The whole fermentation technology carries out according to the scheduled curve of temperature. Furthermore it improves the beer' s quality.
