摘要
通过整合现代人力资源管理关键业务,提出了职能型5P管理模式。运用该模式,从岗位设计、员工开发、绩效管理、薪酬与奖励以及积极的文化等五个方面讨论了中小知识型企业的人力资源管理。最后,将该模式应用于企业中,以检验其有效性。
Modern human resource management practices were integrated as the basis for function-oriented 5P mode. With this frame as the guideline, the methods of human resource management in small and medium knowledge enterprises were discussed from five aspects, that is, position, personnel, performance, payment and bonus, and positive culture. Finally, 5P mode was applied in an enterprise to test its validity.
