摘要
在对供应链管理历程以及供应链管理发展到现阶段所面临困境描述与分析的基础上,从理论和实证两个角度论证了供应链管理发展的新阶段及其特征,阐明了企业在此阶段的供应链成长的新方向,并在最后分析了我国企业目前多角化经营所对应的供应链管理阶段的实质,提出了解决对策。
In this paper, the development of supply chain management and the dilemmas it has faced are presented, and the new development of supply chain management and the direction of enterprise growth demonstrated. And suggestions on diversification of China's enterprises are proposed.
