摘要 蛋白质组学作为后基因组学时代研究的一个重要内容,已广泛深入到生命科学和医药学的各个领域,其理论和技术的发展完善为肿瘤研究带来了新的思维方式和研究领域,它不仅可以从组织或细胞蛋白质整体水平这一全新角度来研究肿瘤发病机理,而且能寻找用于肿瘤诊断和防治的生物标志物。 Proteomics has been widespreadly implanted into every field of life science and medicine as an important part of post genomics era research. The development of theory and technology in proteomics has provided new ideas and research fields for cancer research. Proteomics can be used for not only elucidating the mechanism of carcinogenesis from the whole proteins of the tissue or cell but also seeking the biomarkers for diagnosis and therapy of cancer.
