运用模糊数学建立了住宅建设项目多目标模糊动态规划决策方法,运用这一方法可对住宅小区各组团的容积率进行优选,也可对建设项目选址以及多种建设方案进行优选决策.通过对一具体住宅小区内各组团容积率进行筛选,证明这一数学方法具有实用性和有效性.

A decision-making method of multi-objective dynamic programming in dwelling is set up with the fuzzy mathematics. Using this method, optimum decision-making for the volume rate of every component in dwelling group and the site selection of construction project is made, and many kinds of construction plan can be achieved. It is proved that the mathematical fuzzy optimization method is effective and practical through selecting the volume rate of every component in the concrete dwelling group.
