Research Advancement of the Autologous Tummor Cell Vaccine

摘要 恶性肿瘤发病率逐年增高，自体瘤苗的研制在肿瘤治疗领域取得了长足的进展．研究认为，主动特异性免疫治疗是肿瘤治疗的主要发展方向之一． The development of autologous tumor cell vaccine (ATV)is summarized. The data show that newcastle disease virus modified autologous tumor cell vaccine(ATV-NDV) and newcastle disease virus(NDV) therapy theory and practise progress in tumor therapy field. Active specific immunotherapy(ASI) is a important way in tumor therapy.
