从原材料和工艺条件等方面探讨了影响 DT岩石粉状铵梯炸药性能的几个因素 ,研究了新的生产工艺。新工艺采用表面活性技术 ,干燥粉碎硝酸铵 ,增加了硝酸铵的细度和微粉量 ;混药温度 50℃～ 60℃。采用的专用脂闪点不低于 2 0 0℃。

Several factors on the material and tech nology condition, which influence the performa nce of DT Rock Powdery AN TNT Explosive, are discussed.Then a new technology meht od is studied.The new method adopts surf ace active technology to dry and smash a mmonium nitrate so that the ammonium nit rate turns into more and smaller particl es.The mixing temperature is 50℃～60℃. Us e the special resin, which flashpoint is above 200℃.
