The Achievements,Experience and Significance of Three Economic Transformations:Commemorating 70th Anniversary of New China

中国从新民主主义社会的创建、社会主义制度的建立和计划经济到社会主义市场经济的三次经济变革,都取得了非凡的成就。尤其是第三次经济变革的成就特别巨大,突出表现在:社会主义市场经济基本经济制度建立和发展,社会主义公有制经济的基层生产单位已经或正在改造成为适应社会主义市场经济要求的市场主体,价格已经并正在成为社会生产的调节者,开放型经济新体制已经基本形成。从中国化马克思主义的发展来分析三次经济变革成就所得出的基本经验是,我们遵循了作为唯物论基本原则的实事求是,依据作为历史唯物论基本原则的生产力标准,依据作为辩证法核心的矛盾法则,遵循以人为本原则,遵循经济利益关系的原理,依靠借鉴别国有益经验但不照搬且勇于创新。从历史比较的视角和马克思主义发展史的视角看,中国三次经济变革的成就是人类历史上独一无二的伟大创举,彰显了中国化马克思主义的伟大胜利。

China made exceptional achievements in three economic transformations including the establishment of new democratic society, the establishment of socialist system, and the transition from a planned economy to a socialist market economy. The achievements of the third economic transformation are especially prominent: the basic economic system for a socialist market economy has been established and develops, basic production units of the socialist public economy have been or are being transformed into market entities adapted to a socialist market economy, prices became or are becoming regulators for social production, and a new system of open economy has been formed basically. From the perspective of adapting Marxist theory to Chinese conditions, the basic experience drawn from the analysis of achievements in three economic transformation is that we followed the basic materialist principle of seeking truth from facts, the criterion of productive forces as the basic principle of historical materialism, the law of contradiction as the core for dialectics, the principle of putting people first, the principles of economic relations, and adventurously innovated while learned but never copied the beneficial experience of other countries. From the perspectives of both historical comparison and the history of Marxist development, the achievements of three economic transformations in China are peerless initiatives in human history that manifest the great victory of Marxism adapted to Chinese conditions.
