Practice and Policies for the Construction of a Family-Friendly Society in the New Era

随着社会变迁,原本传统家庭所具备的功能与职责也开始逐渐弱化,以致引发一些危机和问题。构建家庭友好型社会,就是要解决这些问题,促进经济社会政策与家庭发展水平协调一致,最终实现国家发展和社会进步。本文在正确认识新时代构建家庭友好型社会的重要意义的基础上,通过回顾西方国家家庭友好型社会建构的历史进程,并结合我国的基础国情,指出我国构建家庭友好型社会面临的制度和政策缺失问题,最终尝试提出相应对策。

Concurrent with social changes, the functions and roles of traditional families diminish to the extent of causing certain crises and problems. The purpose of constructing a family-friendly society is to solve such problems, harmonize economic and social policies with family development, and ultimately realize national development and social progress. Based on proper recognition of the significance in constructing a family-friendly society in the new era, this paper identifies the problem of institutional and policy deficiencies and eventually proposes remedies for our country to construct a family-friendly society through syndicating historical review of such construction in Western countries and the basic conditions in our country.
