摘要
首次报道了 5种国产橐吾属植物的核型 ,结果如下 :东俄洛橐吾 (Ligulariatongolensis)核型为 2n =58=32m +1 4sm +1 2st;侧茎橐吾 (L pleurocaulis)四川稻城居群核型为 2n=58=2 4m +32sm +2st+3~ 5B ,云南中甸居群核型为 2n=58=36m +2 2sm ;云南橐吾 (L yunnanensis)核型为 2n =58=2 8m +30sm ;叶状鞘橐吾 (L phyllocolea)核型为 2n=58=30m +2 4sm +4st+1B ;浅苞橐吾 (L cyathiceps)核型为 2n =58=2 4m +34sm。 5种橐吾染色体数目都为 58。在叶状鞘橐吾和四川稻城产侧茎橐吾中发现有B染色体存在 。
The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 5 species in Ligularia from China are reported for the first time.The results are as follows:2n=58=32m+14sm+12st for L.tongolensis;2n=58=24m+32sm+2st+3-5B and 2n=58=36m+22sm for L.pleurocaulis;2n=58=28m+30sm for L.yunnanensis;2n=58=30m+24sm+4st+1B for L.phyllocolea;2n=58=24m+34sm for L.cyathiceps.The number 2n=58 is in agreement with earlier reports on other species of Ligularia and its related genera.B-chromosomes are discovered in L.phyllocolea and L.pleurocaulis,which have never been reported for other species of Ligularia.
