摘要
为寻求一种非手术、可复性强的输精 (卵 )管节育新法 ,对 160只雄性日本长耳白兔输精管、5 0头雌性香猪输卵管进行不同功率的激光照射试验 ,并行激光照射处组织病理学检查、雌雄动物合笼 (圈 )等相关检查。激光照射后 1年 ,兔有效节育率 10 0 %、香猪有效节育率(95 %) ,未见明显激光照射并发症。认为激光可用于输精 (卵 )管节育。
To search for a new non-operative and reversibile method for birth controlling,We use different laser power and irradiation time to irradiate vas deferens and oviducts on 160 rabbits and 50 pigs.The effecti is followed by pathology and mating experiment.The effective rate of laser irradiation in rabbits is 100%,in pigs 95% in 1 year after operation.Evident complications aren′t found.The laser irradiation can be used for vas deferens and oviducts in birth controlling.
