摘要
阐述由可溶性淀粉与邻苯二甲酸酐进行的酯化反应 ,探讨制备具有一定取代度的邻苯二甲酸淀粉单酯的方法 .研究反应温度和反应时间对产物取代度的影响 .试验用红外光谱法验证反应产物的结构 ,经X 射线衍射分析 ,结果表明淀粉酯化后 。
Beginning with an analysis on the esterification of soluble starch and phthalic anhydride, the authors inquire into the method of preparing monoester of phthalic acid and starch with a certain degree of substitution. Emphasis is put on the effect of reaction temperatare and reaction time on the degree of substitution of products. The structure of reaction product is verified by infrared spectrometry. The crystallinity of starch tends to decrease after esterification, as shown by the result of ray diffraction analysis.
