摘要
提供一种新型半径测量工具———数显半径测试仪 .它利用传感器技术、微计算机技术和集成电路技术设计的 ,具有体积小、可手持式测量的特点 ,用LCD显示测量结果表明 ,它可用于生产现场 .从传感器精度、机械精度、测量方法以及机械磨损等方面 ,详细地分析了数显半径测试仪测量误差 .最后 ,给出量程与弦长和精度的关系 .
A new measuring tool is offered for measuring radius. It is known as digital display radius tester which is designed by using sensor technique and micro computer technique and integrated circuit technique. It is small in volume and manually operated. Its results are displayed by LCD. It can be used in production line. Its measurement error has been analysed in detail from accuracy of sensor, accuracy of machinery, measuring method and mechanical wear. The relation between measurement range, chord length, and accuracy is given finally.
