随着市场经济的发展和教育体制改革的不断深化,高校的办学规模日益扩大,学校集中的资金越来越多,投资和筹资等资金活动日趋频繁。文章针对高校资金运作过程中存在的安全隐患提出了强化法制教育,对筹资、投资进行论证,建立健全内部控制制度的对策,从而确保高校资金的安全。

With the developing of marketing economy and the deepening of reform of education system, the scale of a university has been enlarging, the capital collected been more and more and activities of investing and financing been frequent on the rising. In allusion to the peril hidden in the process of university capital running, this paper emphasizes on education of law, demonstrates financing and investing, and points out the countermeasure of setting up interior controlling system, so as to guarantee the security of the capital.
