摘要
教育心理素养是现代教师素质结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分,基于对现代新型教师的认识,文章从六个层面提出了现代教师应当具备的教育心理素养。
Educational psychological accomplishments play an indispensable part in modern teachers' diathesis. Based on the cognition of modern teachers,this essay puts forward from six points the essential educational psychological accomplishments for modern teachers.
