通过分析合资企业设立的背景和“独资化”产生的原因证明合资企业“独资化”是我国经济、社会发展的必然结果 ,并且以组合分析的方式重点探讨了国内资本在合资企业“独资化”
Analyzing the causes of the trend of 'joint venture' finalized by 'wholly-owned' and demonstrating the background of the joint venture, the paper points out that the trend is the result of economic and social development in our country. It also discusses the domestic capital’s optional strategies in the trend and their principles by combination analysis.
