摘要
企业并购的内在动因是其对利润的追求 ,外在动因是为了提高自身的市场竞争力。企业并购要实施整合策略 ,产生 1+1>2的协同效应 ;实施创新策略 ,创造企业新的竞争优势 ;实施适度的外部催化 。
The internal cause of enterprises’ combination is the profit which all enterprises are seeking for. The external cause of enterprises’ combination is to enhance their competitive strength in market. In order to realize the strategy of enterprises’ combination, we should practice relevant tactics. These tactics include composing tactic to tighten cooperation, blazing new trails to create new competitive edge, and promoting enterprises’ combination moderately.
