论质检机构业务发展——以客户资源管理为例

摘要 客户资源管理作为质检机构业务的重中之重,在质检行业发展中尤为重要,但是由于体制、观念和资源的限制,有些质检机构目前还没有形成完整的客户资源管理系统,客户资源管理创造的价值还没有得到最大的展现,论文从质检机构的定义出发,阐述了质检机构业务发展的核心——客户资源管理的具体问题,最后对未来质检行业的发展进行了简述。 Customer resource management is the top priority of the quality inspection agency business, especially in the development of quality inspection industry.However, due to the limitations of the system, concepts and resources, some quality inspection agencies have not yet formed a complete customer resource management system, the value of customer resource management has not been the largest show. Starting from the definition of the quality inspection organization,this paper expounds the specific problems of customer resource management,which is the core of the development of the quality inspection institutions business,and finally introduces the future development of quality inspection industry.
