探析建筑工程管理存在的问题与解决方法

Analysis on Problems of Construction Project Management and Its Solutions

近年来,我国加大了社会城镇化的建设程度,建筑企业也得到了快速发展,因此,建筑企业应加强对工程管理工作的重视程度,避免工程事故的发生。论文主要对建筑企业工程管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方法,以供相关人员参考。

In recent years,the degree of urbanization in the social construction has been increased in our country,the construction enterprises also obtained fast development. Therefore,construction enterprises should attach more attention on the project management,to avoid the increasing of engineering accidents. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the project management of construction enterprise,and proposes the corresponding solutions,in order to offer reference for the related personnel.
