企业员工年轻化新常态下开展EAP项目的探索

摘要 在社会的新形势下,工作要求的提升、节奏的加快,使得员工的工作压力越发加大,当员工无法适应转变的压力时,就会出现职业枯竭,工作效率低下等问题,可能导致抑郁、焦虑等情绪,员工身心健康以及企业的经济效益都会受到不同程度的损害。公司EAP项目的启动既是我们提升员工满意度和敬业度的有力抓手,也是我们引导员工与企业共同成长,实现员工人生价值的重要途径。 In the new social situation, the promotion of work requirements and acceleration of work pace, make the work pressure of employees increased, when employees cannot adapt to the change of the pressure, there will be problems of occupation depletion, low work efficiency to employs, and it may lead to depression, anxiety and other emotional to employs, physical and mental health of staff and the economic efficiency of enterprises will be damaged in different degree. The startup of the company EAP project is not only a powerful starting point for the promotion of employee satisfaction and engagement, but also an important way to guide the growth of employees and enterprises to realize the value of life.
