Research on the Layout of a Heater Workshop Based on SLP

针对某工厂加热器生产车间的生产系统,进行设施、设备布局的规划设计调整,从而使得生产流程能够得到优化。通过对车间现状调研、产品产能的分析,运用SLP系统设施布局理论,对车间进行布局的设计,得出若干优化的方案选择,并用加权因素法来对布局方案进行评价选择,得出最优的改善方案。

According to the production system of the heater workshop, the planning and design of facilities and equipment layout are adjusted,so that the production process can be optimized. Through the investigation of the workshop status, analysis of the product capacity, using SLP system facility layout theory, we design the layout of workshop, get several optimization schemes, then using the weighted factor method to evaluate and select the layout scheme, finally obtain the optimal scheme of improvement.
